The BFSI Consortium is taking the lead in transforming skill development in the BFSI sector. Endorsed by Chief Minister Shri Revanth Reddy, this initiative addresses the critical skill gap in the sector by uniting industry leaders, academia, and government to provide domain, technical, and behavioral training across 37 colleges.

At the recent event, the Chief Minister emphasized the present skill gap among students, underlining the urgent need for robust skill development initiatives to prepare them for the industry’s evolving demands.
